Please respond to one of the quotations below in a personal essay of 500-750 words, typed double-space. While we welcome your examination and opinion of the world around you, we also want to read about your own inner world and what makes you unique. If you wish to be innovative, go ahead, but keep your writing within the realm of a non-fiction essay, not a fictional story or poetry. Remember: This must be your own original work. Students who seamlessly incorporate one of the quotes into their essays will do much better in the judging.
The deadline for submission is Friday, April 1, 2016.
Note: We cannot consider essays over 750 words or with incomplete forms.
